I love character customization in games. So when i see it in one of the best tranformers games ever, that's both had its multi-player mode shut down and has been delisted on everything, i go to my bed and cry myself to sleep wondering if life is even worth living anymore.

This game is the reason Onslaught and Thundercracker are my favorite Decepticons.

how they transform represent their personalities too bad such incredible game series we can buy from nowhere as far as we know in 2024

Sometimes i never understood about this games lore... They haven't discovered earth yet, and yet they have dino bots, weren't tge dinobots made from the idea of earth dinos?

I miss this game so much

It's interesting how they are animating them. Basically, they've made 2 models for each character, one being robot mode, other being vehicle mode. Then during tranformation, they force robot to do some sick backflip or smth, moving few parts around, and during that time, they spawn vehicle model inside. That's why Breakdown suddenly becomes twice as big, or how in Jazz's transformation you can see 2 front bumpers. Then after few frames they delete the robot model and move some aparts around the vehicle, to create an illusion of transformation. I still think it looks a bit rough, but 8 years ago? Hell yeah, that's quite good.

This game had one of the best characters selection. So many transformers to choose from. Know one should’ve been the same bot in a lobby.

It's such ashame that PlayStation All-Stars Battle didn't do that well. I would've loved to see another attempt with this game, if PlayStation actually cared about this game. Or hell, give the playable characters in this game another chance by adding them to another Crossover Fighting Game.

If this game does get another entry, I’d love to see more true combos into supers, because with the release of SF6 showed me how you could synergise each level into specific combos and character specifics,(like launchers into level 1 despite being very weird strings, ala parappa up throw and Sir daniel’s stunning arrows) and having the ability to choose between what levels you use, like 1 with sides, 2 as down, and 3 as up, with the neutral input using the bar you built, with hopefully faster and more interesting move sets to tie the synergy and system mechanics all together in a neat bow for several unique play styles and not just hope to hit a player who is likely to dodge the telegraphed super, because some characters just have to really commit if they lack a route that makes it easier to connect. All in all, I just think this series could be better if it had more depth in its characters, without mentioning the several other picks that were unfortunately left out.

The sounds that the characters make when they transform into their alt modes sound so freaking amazing, god I wish Activision could remaster/remake this game!!!

I know the servers are down, but man sometimes I just wish I could just go into the editor and mess around, even without being able to play the mulitplayer

I unfortunately didn't get to play the multi-player mode of this awesome game, and unfortunately console servers don't work anymore. I would get a computer to play it on, but money's real tight right now. 😮‍💨

Anyone else ever noticed that the autobit soldiers are a bunch of zeta primes with a grim lock head?

Games now days like casting Nolan North and Troy Baker together. They were fitting choices to do Cliffjumper and Jazz's voices.
